Extensive work was carried out on this project, including the installation of metal profile sheets, vapor barrier, roof and parapet insulation, and the mounting of a PVC membrane on the roof and parapets. Additionally, the surface was prepared for the installation of solar panels. A drainage system was installed, along with snow guards.
All work was completed on schedule within one month. The client was fully satisfied with both the quality of the new roofing installation and the adherence to deadlines!
Roof Replacement and Insulation for Energy Efficiency – 1000 m²

This project involved roof replacement and enhancing the building's energy efficiency. As part of the work, the parapet was restored and raised, and a wooden frame was installed around the perimeter of the roof for insulation installation.
The project included vapor barrier installation, roof insulation using 220 mm PAROC insulation, and the installation of a PVC membrane. Additionally, the entire drainage system was replaced, ensuring efficient water runoff and improving the roof’s durability.
Thanks to these improvements, the client significantly reduced heat loss and heating costs.

На данном объекте были многочисленные протечки, и после обследования выявлено множество повреждений. По согласованию с клиентом выполнен частичный демонтаж старого покрытия, замена рубероида на ПВХ-мембрану, а также частичная замена утеплителя в местах протечек. Объект оказался сложным из-за большого объема работ и сжатых сроков, но благодаря четкому плану и слаженной работе все работы завершены за 2 месяца.
